Overview
[edit | edit source]Whilst it's unclear when the alliance was formed, Sava took over the alliance in December 2025 and started reforming it int preparation of the next transfer event. She's maintaining the alliance, building it up, as a new potential home for all [Phx] members who transferred out of 1339. It is steadily improving under her guidance, and the goal will be to make it a "Tactical" alliance helping to strengthen the state as a whole.
